At Manning Equine, we have invested in some of the most up to date diagnostic imaging equipment available. Digital radiographs and digital ultrasound allows our veterinarians to provide our clients with the most detailed images available and aids in reaching a fast, correct diagnosis.  Exams are available to be sent via email for your convenience.

Digital Radiography

Mobile, quick and incredibly detailed, digital radiography has changed the way veterinarians evaluate, diagnose and treat horses in today’s fast-paced world.   Our veterinarians use the Sound Next Equine DR system to capture top quality images in the field. Most of the time a diagnosis can be made on farm, but consultations with board certified radiologists are available when needed.

Digital Ultrasound

Digital ultrasound is one of the best modalities for diagnosing equine soft tissue injuries.  At Manning Equine we have the most advanced ultrasound imaging tools on the market today, helping accurately diagnose and track the healing of soft tissue injuries. A variety of probes allow us to image the hoof structures, the abdomen, the reproductive structures as well as tendons and ligaments.
